Meet the Founder
Evangelist Jessica A. Wiley
Evangelist Jessica A. Wiley is a licensed minister, Christian educator, author, mentor, and founder of Be Empowered Ministries. Licensed to preach at age 18, she has proclaimed the Gospel nationally and internationally for more than 30 years through churches, correctional facilities, conferences, community outreach events, and women’s gatherings.
Her Bible-centered approach connects spiritual maturity with practical areas of life, including emotional wellness, healthy relationships, financial stewardship, personal development, and purposeful living. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Governors State University and a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta.
A proud mother of one daughter, Andrea, Jessica draws upon her personal faith and experiences to guide others toward purposeful, meaningful lives. Her dedication to faith, family, and service reflects the values at the heart of Be Empowered Ministries.
